FinalForms Registration
FinalForms registration is now officially open for families and athletes. You should have received communication from the school with instructions and the registration link, but we’ve included it again below for convenience.
Please complete your FinalForms registration as soon as possible to allow enough time for all required forms and physicals to be submitted before the fall season begins. Athletes must have all forms completed and an active physical on file before they are permitted to participate in fall practices.
If you have already completed registration, thank you!
When registering, please make note of whether an athlete’s physical will expire during the season. If a physical expires, the athlete will not be permitted to return to practice until an updated physical has been submitted to the school.
