Next club practice is January 25, 2026 from 6-7:30pm at UA High School. For this practice we will be reviewing film, rules and continue the introduction of our arm and hip care programs. For practice please bring a notebook and workout clothes.

What a great weekend for a large group of our team as they travelled to Dallas to compete. What a great opportunity to play some high quality water polo.
